Cairo is a 16.2h, dark bay, TB gelding born in 2016 at AIRDRIE STUD by Cairo Prince out of Rimini Road by Dynaformer. He had only 13 starts on the track before retiring sound and injury-free.
Cairo is owned and ridden by an adult amateur with consistent professional riding in a strong dressage and eventing program.
Cairo has lots of show mileage at USDF-recognized shows. He has achieved TIP high point and has been overall high score at training and first levels throughout his show career with scores in the 70s.
He was the 2021 Thoroughbred Incentive Program Training level Champion.
Cairo is quiet for trail rides on and off property, honest over fences, showing good form and technique, and has schooled cross country demonstrating bravery and good scope. He goes in a loose ring snaffle for all phases.
Cairo is suitable for a confident amateur or junior rider or for the pro looking to develop a quality horse up the levels in any discipline.
Cairo passed a vetting from his original purchase in 2020 with clean X-rays. Sadly for sale to the best home due to the owner’s life circumstances.
