Sweet Water Combined Test
The minitrial crew wrapped up our season with a bang at Sweet Water Equestrian Center’s combined test. Katie Kuemerle and Danfield, Holly and Jenn Pickering’s Delilah and Nikki Mattix and BRFs Belle all won their divisions. Morgan Zuiderveld and BRFs Mojo and Grace Boccia and BRFs Maggie were second in their starter divisions. Liza Cornet and BRFs Ennis were 4th and Lily Killeen and BRFs Mia were 7th in their starter divisions. It was fun to visit a new place and we’ll definitely be back for the cross country course next year!
Waterloo
The dressage crew had a wonderful weekend and brought home lots of ribbons at the Waterloo Summer Finale for our final dressage show of the year. Meredith Dresing and Aerie finished as Jr/young rider champions at first level in their dressage show debut. Acadia Hansen and Ruby got their personal best score to date of 71% at training 3 as well as great scores at first level test 1. Holli Hammarquist and Oliver put in solid tests at both training 3 and first 1. Holly Taylor and Donnie finished champions at 4th level with their personal best score at 4 3. We survived brutal heat and humidity, pouring rain and thunderstorms and wet rings and had a blast! Thank you to our wonderful coach, Jeffrey for helping us all achieve our best!
