Blue Ridge Farm offers:
FACILITY
- 47- 10 x 12 stalls which are cleaned 6 days per week and bedded with fresh shavings
- Automatic water feeders in all stalls
- Heated aisles to keep horse and rider warm during the winter months
- A tack locker per stall which features ample storage for 2 saddles, bridles, and grooming supplies
- Space for a tack trunk
- Indoor wash racks and tacking stalls
- Indoor ring with lighting
- Year-round access to all-weather paddocks and 3 grass paddocks with horse-safe fencing
- Spring-Fall access to 2-acre grass pastures
- Smooth Stone Small Turn-Out Squares
- Multi-horse exercise walker with electrical*
- Professional dressage ring
- Jump arena with a full course (Changes every three months)
- Cross country practice course with various levels of jumps
- Track for conditioning
CARE
- Horses are fed hay and grain twice per day (Feeding program custom-tailored to each horse and is optimized for the best health)
- Supplements are fed at no extra cost
- SmartPaks may be mailed directly to the barn
- Weekly blacksmith visits
- Group appointments with Cleveland Equine Clinic for spring/fall shots and Coggins
Full Board:
- $900 – includes 3 lessons/training
- $1,080 – Includes Board plus 6 lessons/training
*Turnout/walker is not included in the board rate however can be provided by the staff for a fee.
