Introducing Casper
Casper is a grey, 15.3h, 7-year-old, sport-bred TB (never raced) who has been owned and competed by a junior rider. This incredible young horse is very calm and easy to ride as well as very brave and game at the jumps. He has competed at novice and schooled lots of training level cross country in both Aiken and at Cobblestone. He is jumping around courses at 3’3” at home and ready for training level. Casper is a gorgeous mover with a large, elastic trot and canter and jumps in hunter form. He is the same quiet horse at home, trail riding, schooling alone or in a group, and competing at a show. His competition record includes a 2nd in beginner novice at Cobblestone, 4th in beginner novice at Waredaca, 4th in novice at Loudon, and 1st in novice at MD. His only cross-country penalty comes from a rider error of circling before the last jump (he was in first place!). Casper has a sweet, puppy dog personality and is constantly charming people with his goofy, fun personality. Perfect for a junior or AA with plenty of scope to move up the levels.
